RDFC Ghana is seeking a qualified candidate to fill its job vacancy in Ghana as Business Development Manager
Roles and Responsibilities
- Propose potential business deals by exploring opportunities
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Develop a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
- Plan for effective search of sales leads and prospects
- Initiate and coordinate development, as well as penetrate new markets
- Implement marketing plans as needed
- Maintain accurate records of all pricings, sales and activity reports
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes
Qualification Required & Experience
- Engineering / Technical background
- 5 years of Business-to-Business Sale experience
- Ability to travel throughout the country
- Valid Driving License
- Motivated self-starter
- Understanding of the Testing, Inspection and Certification Market
