Desired Skills & Experience
The successful candidate must have the following qualities/competencies:
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the office
- Organising and maintaining files and records
- Planning and scheduling meetings and appointnents
- Preparing and editing correspondence, repors and presentations
- Making travel and guest arrangements
- Providing quality customer service
- The applicant must be computer literate
- Must be fluent in oral and written English; proficiency in French is an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills is a must
- Previous working experience in similar position is an advantage
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree or HND in a related field.
- Should be computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
