By joining the Business Development team as ADC Manager, you will be in charge of improving the range of digital financial services offered to Advans Ghana customers. You will also oversee the deployment of new distribution channels. You will optimize the various existing processes using technology.
The position is based in Accra, Ghana for a period of 12 months, potentially renewable.
The missions that will be entrusted to you:
Under the direct supervision of the Business Development Manager, you will be in charge of supervising all channels available to customers (mobile application, withdrawal card, interface with electronic wallets, cashiers, etc.). Your main missions will be:
* Develop and prepare studies on customer needs, competition and industry best practices, in order to further develop the service offering through Alternative Distribution Channels (ADCs)
* Manage projects and actions related to the implementation and continuous improvement of ADCs
* Ensuring an optimal customer experience by continually improving customer interactions and streamlining processes
- Tracker technical performance of ADCs (successful transaction rates), use by customers and identified risks
