--> As a key member of the Country Property leadership team, the Account Manager will be responsible for the strategic Management of the clients diverse National Portfolio of owned, leased, office and retail assets. The key purpose of this senior role is to actively manage a property portfolio that enables the client to deliver on its customer’s needs.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Portfolio Management
- Overall responsibility for year on year Programme of acquisitions, disposals, subleases, closures and renewals in accordance with a Multi-Year Plan ensuring that the clients’ premises are always optimally located, occupied and that rental costs are minimized.
- Monitoring and managing lease expiry dates to ensure that leases are renewed in a timely fashion.
Reporting
- With support of Centre of Excellence team own the timely and accurate maintenance of the Lease Admin Database and CBRE CRM Tool, Transact.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Liaising with, understanding business drivers of and advising senior stakeholders. To understand business plans and adapt property strategy and execution accordingly.
- Building and presenting business cases relating to property transactions for support by internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with team members in Property to ensure flawless and seamless delivery of projects and that Key Performance Indicators are met.
