A leading luxury company in its field in the country is seeking a High Ranking Sales Executive to head a dynamic and exciting Sales & Marketing team. The person should have a sound understanding of social media and technical skill, be articulate and enjoy engaging with others.

Role

• The candidate will be responsible for the design and implementation of sales strategies to boost sales and rental of properties.
• He/She is expected to establish strong relationship with existing customers as well as prospects for new and potential clients to generate new revenue for the organisation.
• The ideal candidate must have the following qualities and traits :
• Pleasant personality, very articulate, outgoing, an astute team player with strong leadership organisational abilities capable of managing / motivating a team of sales staff to achieve outstanding results.
• Develop and sustain strong relations with all stakeholders
• Excellent Interpersonal and analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken
• Must be hardworking and ready to work long hours when necessary with little or no supervision

Experience: Not less than 5 years in a similar position
