Job Role and Responsibilities
NBC is also inviting all banking practitioners with facilitation experience to join as Adjunct Faculty Team members in the areas of:
a. Banking Operation
- (Basic and Branch Banking, Trade, Consumer Credit, Operational Risk, E-Banking, Compliance, Auditing, Payment Systems etc)
b. Credit Risk Management
- (Financial and Credit Analysis, Credit Appraisal, SMEs, Agric, Syndications, Recoveries, Green Finance etc)
c. Governance and Leadership
- (Governance, Strategy, People Management & Leadership Development (Executive & Middle Management level, strategic HR. Management etc)
d. Information, Communication & Technology
- (ITIL, Cyber Security, BCP, Project Management, Ditigal Banking, Ms Suites etc)
e. Risk and Regulation
- (Enterprise Risks, Banking Regulations, Operational Risks, Bank Product risks, e.g Oil & Gas, Real Estates etc)
f. Sales, Services & Marketing
- (Wholesale & Retail Sales, Relationship Management, Bank Marketing etc)
g. Treasury Risk Management
- (Treasury and Financial Market Products, Liquidity and ALM, Sales, Treasury Operations and Auditing)
h. Banking & Other Financial Sector Fraud
Qualification Required & Experience
- Degree with not less than 15 years in the area of expertise
- Post graduate degree with banking experience of not less than 10 years
- Relevant professional qualification in area of expertise
- PhD/DBA in any relevant discipline preferably, banking and finance/economics is an added advantage
Adjunct Faculty Members shall:
- Assist the relevant faculty of the college to develop and design and train on programs of the college
- Support with facilitation and administration of quality needs-based training and research in their respective fields of study
- Provide research and consultancy within the business development wing the of the college
- Liaise with other faculty members for effective implementation of consultancy services
- Liaise with the relevant faculty to establish and maintain systems and procedures for the effective implementation of training programmes and sessions
