Job Role and Responsibilities
• Design and coordinate a high-level strategy and training development portfolio
• Coordinate the implementation of quality assurance on faculty performance and the development of governance programs for certification
• Manage team of facilitators within the faculty
• Monitor and control the quality of teaching programs with particular attention to course content
• Work with the Director of Studies to keep the college updated on industry achievements and weaknesses
• Support the Business development unit with proposals on further training needs in the Banking/Financial sector in the areas of Governance, corporate management, leadership programs and other relevant soft skills
• Preparation of budgets
• Advise the Director of Studies in all training and development matters
