--> Role and Responsibilities
- Validate all fresh SIMs registrations data on daily basis.
- Ensure the accuracy of customer information entered into the organization’s systems.
- Perform information reviews and internal audits on records and data cleansing activities.
- Engage stakeholders on outcomes of daily analysis.
- Ensure data are in compliance with an organization’s standards, as well as any applicable state regulations to avoid regulatory fines.
- Help ensure the organization meets goals for good customer experience, best practices, quality of service, and overall effectiveness.
- Perform data quality activities such as data deduplication, etc., in CRM and CPS to ensure data is complete, accurate and consistent.
- Perform other CRM activities which involve manual review and processing.
- Collaborate with internal and externals stakeholders on customer details.
- Support all Marketing and Sales data requests on agents.
- Other Fraud Investigations as will be assigned.
- Automation of KYC validation and other fraud management processes.
Qualifications and Education RequirementsRequired Education
- A minimum of bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Computer engineering, Computer Science, Management Information System or any other related field.
- Any related professional qualification may be a plus.
Preferred Skills
- At least one year working experience as a data analyst.
- A strong background in databases (Oracle SQL and MS Access).
- Must have strong analytical abilities in order to evaluate information for effectiveness and accuracy.
- Must have skills or knowledge in CRM, word processing and spreadsheet applications/programs.
- Must have effective communication and presentation skills.
- Must be conversant with telecom environment, data, processes and systems.
