Auto Plaza Ltd., authorized partner of Hyundai Motor Company for Ghana market, has a job position for a HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To develop and implement a company-wide Human Resource business plan
- Timely hiring of required level/quality of staff members in order to meet business needs
- Counseling, training and termination of staff in line with best practices
- Effective communication with employees at regular intervals to gather information and utilize same to report back to management
- Enhance staff performance and productivity through suitable interventions to keep the employees motivated
Minimum Qualifications:
- A 1st degree in Human Resource Management or its equivalent from a reputable university
- A minimum of 3yrs working experience in Human Resource Management
- Excellent presentation/communication skills (verbal & written) with drive and determination
- Strong proficiency and understating of the labor law
- A very positive attitude coupled with a strong work ethic
