Assists in the management of safety in the premises and/or on the installations through communication and training activities, active and reactive monitoring, and implementation of the PTW system
Assists in achieving safety objectives and in the management of safety in the premises and/or on theinstallation.

- Manage entry of Incident reports (KNK, TEN, Accra office) into MIMS and tracking of CAPAS close
- (BU MIMS Administrator)
- Support Accra office and motor vehicle HSEQ issues (Office and vehicle incident investigations

Job Description
- Develop and manage client commercial relationship development initiatives to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of O&M contracts
- Develop and manage supplier relationship development initiatives to improve ·the effectiveness and efficiency of contracts
- Assist in the delivery of contract strategies for MPSG contracts within the central portfolio to achieve the strategic aims and objectives of MPSG
- Provide professional advice on technical/commercial contractual matters to internal stakeholders and customers
- Manage contract Key Performance Indicators (KPl's) in order to demonstrate effective contract management and delivery in line with KPl's.
- Assist in the development of sustainable commercial and contract strategies for centrally managed contracts
- Ensure that interactions with the Petroleum Commission are conducted so as to ensure the unhindered delivery of contracting strategies

Job Descripton
Assure the development and implementation of the maintenance and integrity management systems for the Facilities. To oversee ongoing engineering support to the Facilities Production, Maintenance, and Services' departments, with regards to planned maintenance and work management.
Provide oversight on the execution of safety critical maintenance executed on the Facilities.
Lead maintenance improvement, associated cost management and reduction.
Liaise with all departments and stakeholders to ensure the Maintenance & Integrity Management is well planned and supported, consistent with the MODEC & Client business objectives.
Ensure the planned and corrective maintenance is subject to regular assessment, control and monitoring to ensure the maintenance requirements are optimized and balanced against the maintenance demand.
