Full Job Description - Read Carefully
A reputable HVAC company in Tema seeks to employment a Front Desk Executive on a full-time basis.
Duties
- Assist in the preparation of invoices and do follow-up invoices sent out. e.Develop and maintain a filing system, write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, invoices and answer and direct phone calls
- Providing office support including customer and employee support
- Keeping well-organised files and records of business activity and keeping computer databases up to date
SALARY: Very attractive
Required Skills or Experience
- Minimum of Diploma in Business Studies
- An in depth knowledge in using Microsoft Excel, Word etc.
- Excellent in written and spoken English
RESIDENT: Applicant must reside in and around Tema, Ashaiman, Dorwenya and Lashibi
