Role purpose
- To support the maintenance and billing of broadband, interconnect and wholesale services
Key Accountabilities
- Ensure accurate charging and billing of all Fixed Broadband and FTTH Customers using the CBS system
- Ensure accurate rating and billing of all interconnect partners using the PRM system
- Ensure accurate charging and billing of Vodafone Enterprise’ wholesale customers using the PRM system
- Manage and maintain the AAA (Authentication, Authorization, and Accounting) system to ensure customers can connect the internet.
- Manage and maintain the Partner Relationship Management (PRM) system
- Upload new exchange rates, partner tariffs and trunk information into the PRM system
- Configure new Operator trunks and maintain existing ones into PRM system
- Troubleshoot broadband complaints and provide resolution
