Job Description
- Reports to: Branch Manager
- Location: Bolga, Kumasi, Tarkwa, Hohoe, Adenta (Please select your preferred location in the subject line)
RESPONSIBLITIES
- To assess the viability of prospective borrowers’ businesses and make recommendations for advancing INDIVIDUAL loans; (SPECIALISED)
- To assess and monitor borrowers’ business operations to ensure timely loan repayment.

Required Skills or Experience
- HND Marketing & a good first degree in any discipline especially Marketing/ Accountancy and Certificate holders in Agriculture and Rural development with working field experience.
- Relevant experience in the field of banking or a similar role is an advantage.
- Candidates should have completed National Service with at least 1year additional experience.
- Ability to ride the motor bike with a valid license.
NB: trainee programme for those without the required field experience.
