Job Title: Security Officer
Report To: Security Coordinator
Job Responsibilities
- Secure employees and property by patrolling the Hotel premises
- Ensure proper parking of vehicles on Hotel premises
- Inform all employees and visitors of the security guidelines and regulations
- Be alert for fire hazards and unsafe work practices and unsafe conditions.
- Be able to work accordingly to all emergency response plans

- Maintain good public relations with guests.
- Be present at all daily briefings
- Be alert for any unusual occurrences and take appropriate action
- Maintain and monitor security cameras, alarm systems and other electronic surveillance equipment.
- Fill in a report and communicate all activity encountered during working time.
Physical Aspect of Position (include but not limited to):
- Frequent walking and lifting throughout shift
- Occasional ascending or descending stairs
Required Skills or Experience
Required Skills, Qualification&Experience
- Minimum of WASSCE qualification required
- Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience as a security officer/security guard
- Must be between 18years to 35years of age
- Must be able to speak and write good English
- Must possess good analytical skills
- Must be of good character and without any criminal records
- Interested persons must be of a minimum height of 5 feet 8 inches(173cm) tall for males, and 5 feet 4inches (163) tall for females
- Must proved minimum of two referees on CV
