The Ghana Book Development Council is recruiting for the following position as Monitoring and Evaluation Manager.

MONITORING AND EVALUATION MANAGER

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and institute effective monitoring and evaluation systems and tools for the Council's operations
  • Collate and analyse statistical data on the book industry to inform Management decision
  • Develop instruments for book industry research
  • Conduct studies on market patterns, dynamics and emerging trends in the book industry
  • Ensure the development and maintenance of a current and accurate database of the local book industry

 

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • A minimum of a Master's Degree from an accredited tertiary institution in any of the following fields: Statistics, Economics, Sociology, Social Sciences or related field.
  • A minimum of three years post-qualification work experience in a reputable organisation.
