The Ghana Book Development Council is recruiting for the following position as Monitoring and Evaluation Manager.
MONITORING AND EVALUATION MANAGER
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and institute effective monitoring and evaluation systems and tools for the Council's operations
- Collate and analyse statistical data on the book industry to inform Management decision
- Develop instruments for book industry research
- Conduct studies on market patterns, dynamics and emerging trends in the book industry
- Ensure the development and maintenance of a current and accurate database of the local book industry
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
- A minimum of a Master's Degree from an accredited tertiary institution in any of the following fields: Statistics, Economics, Sociology, Social Sciences or related field.
- A minimum of three years post-qualification work experience in a reputable organisation.
