The Ghana Book Development Council is recruiting for the following position as Production Services Manager
PRODUCTION SERVICES MANAGER
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Facilitate the origination, development and assessment of manuscripts for publishing
- Facilitate the production of books locally
- Facilitate the provision of book production services to potential authors
- Facilitate the production of books in Braille and other assistive devices
- Provide operational and technical advice to book industry practitioners.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- A minimum of a master's degree from an accredited tertiary institution in any of the following fields: Publishing Studies, Information Studies, Social Sciences, Business Administration, Human Resource or related field.
- A minimum of three years of post-qualification relevant work experience in a reputable organisation
