The Ghana Book Development Council is recruiting for the following position as Capacity Development Manager.
CAPACITY DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Facilitate the organisation of training and other capacity development programmes for the book industry
- Conduct training needs assessment of the book industry operators
- Collate and manage data on capacity development programmes and activities within the industry
- Provide inputs for the development of indicators for monitoring and evaluation
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- A minimum of a master's degree from an accredited tertiary institution in Publishing Studies, Information Studies, Social Sciences, Business Administration, Human Resource Management or related field.
- A minimum of three years of post-qualification relevant work experience in a reputable organisation.
