Role Summary:

This position is responsible for helping the Commercial Operations team in developing operational excellence across the New Units and Services Teams.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Review current processes being used by the new units and services ComOps teams
  • Identify key similarities that both teams can leverage
  • Identify significant differences between the 2 processes that can be beneficial to each other

  • Develop a process merging strategy that will enhance the operational excellence of both teams
  • Come up with a timeline to streamline these operations
  • Develop a tracker for projects from pre-R to contract signature
  • Identify projects that both New Units and Services teams bid together and the closure rate for these contracts
  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in International relation, engineering, French, Spanish, marketing or similar field or equivalent knowledge or experience
  • Strong commercial instincts, strong research capabilities, attention to detail and innovative spirit
  • Excellent project management skills; demonstrated process orientation and execution focus
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and excellent cooperation within a team
  • Ability to work in a matrix environment, highly effective communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Fluent in English
  • French is a plus

  • Ability to interpret large amounts of data and to multi-task
