- A bachelor’s degree in law or it’s equivalent.
- Must be a qualified lawyer called to the Ghana Bar.
- A minimum Eight (8) years post call experience preferably in commercial and litigation matters.
- Influencing and Negotiation Skills.
- Strong interpersonal and networking skills.
- Ability to lead a team of junior colleagues.
- Ability to establish and maintain positive business relationships.
- A team player who is willing to work for long hours.
