Role Summary:
This position is responsible for working within GE Gas Power organization to support different GE business initiatives related equipment sales in SSA while providing technical advisory services to the power industry in the region
Essential Responsibilities:
- Collect country specific power market data i.e. load profiles, generation mix i.e. hydro, thermal and renewables, fuel prices, transmission topology for power economics modeling
- Identify and evaluate the power generation mix of each country and the developmental goals of the countries.
- Perform power system modeling, simulations and analysis i.e. load flow, short-circuit and dynamic stability for grid impact feasibility studies

Role Summary:
The PM internship role requires working closely with the Gas Power Project Team in Ghana to provide administrative support for the Project Managers and technical support to the site teams. This role may also require interface with Government entities, GE customers and with other GE counterparts.
Location will be Accra with occasional site visits to power plant construction sites in Tema and Aboadze.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Comply with Quality and EHS rules
- Support Project Manager with general administrative dutie
- Give technical support to the site team as required

The Applications & Planning Engineer will report directly to the lead project engineer. The function will work with Tullow consumption planning and design optimisation engineers to review scope of work, basis of design for all upper completions equipment. The planning engineer will be responsible for ordering, reviewing and scheduling of all Tullow deliverables based on lookahead.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure input to improve NES Global Talent supplier position with clients, processing improvement
- Successfully supporting tenders
- Work closely with regional peers to support development of business opportunities.
- Work closely with client to ensure expectations are met. Strong attention to detail on performance delivery against agreed objectives with clients
- Regular attendance to clients operation, ensuring visibility and productive services.

PURPOSE OF JOB:
Carry out general mechanical and electrical duties including maintenance, repairs and fault diagnosis work on Sandvik Mining and Construction heavy-duty trackless equipment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform electrical maintenance or mechanical maintenance as directed to a standard that maintains the integrity of the equipment and does not compromise safe operation;
- Responsible for safe work environment by contributing to Job Safety analysis, engineering technical standards, facility standards and work practices;
- Knowledge in air-condition repairs and fault finding will be an advantage.
- Perform repair and fault finding using hydraulic and electric schematics.
