QUALIFICATIONS

 

Experience in sales or/and export role

  • Previous experience of selling FMCG product
  • Problem solving skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with others both verbally and in writing (English and French)
  • Self-motivated and ability to show initiative
  • Good insight into the selected markets (Ghana)
  • No restrictions to travel (domestic or abroad)

 

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Our ideal candidate will mainly be responsible for;
  • Execute the sales activities, develop and perform action plans to achieve company’s sales targets
  • Investigate new business opportunities in selected markets (Ghana)
  • Establish new customer relationships
  • Undertake market and customer visits
  • Organizing and attending sales visit, events and trade shows
  • Responsibility for the development of the new conducted business
  • Monitor and report market and competitor activities
  • Manage distributors, analyze sales and stock reports
  • Reporting to Export Sales Manager
