Job Description
- Issues delivery notes for loaded trucks.
- Checks loaded trucks to ensure it tallies with loading chit.
- Organizes the trucks to follow agreed procedure by liaising with the security and warehouse team
- Processes the weighing bridge print out for the drivers.
- Prepares reports for all stock and trucks released for the day and week.
- Assists with warehouse and operations activities.
- Performs any other duty assigned
Required Skills or Experience
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION
- Higher National Diploma (HND) or Degree in Business Administration (Accounting, Inventory Management, etc) or other related field from a reputable University, Institution or College
COMPETENCIES
- Strong numerical skills
- Ability to handle tough work situations and clients
- Strong analytical ability
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- High level of integrity: Ability to work productively and maintain effective working relationship with people of different national and cultural background

- Display of initiation and discretion in handling duties
- Efficient computer operation in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
