Role: Operations Manager

Reports Directly To: Managing Director

Job Location: Mataheko, Accra

GENERAL DUTIES

  • Supervise the day-to-day administration of the company office

  • Assist the Director — Marketing & Business Development with the preparation of business proposals and client presentations
  • Complete client follow-up and liaison activities, including client presentations as needed
  • Provide business liaison and coordination activities on a day-to- day basis
  • Ensure paperwork and documentation of business activities
  • Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time

TECHNICAL COMPETENCES

  • Good understanding and hands on experience with Business Administration / Commerce
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Marketing background will be an advantage

MANAGERIAL COMPETENCES

  • Ability to plan, organise, coordinate and monitor
  • Ability to communicate effectively ( both verbal and written) and presentation skills suitable for a range of audiences
  • Ability to manage and motivate subordinate staff
  • Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to work accurately in a busy and demanding environment
  • Ability to write repotts and procedure manuals

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION

  • 1st Degree in Marketing / Business Administration. A Master's degree will be an advantage

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE

  • Minimum of 3 years work experience in Sales / Marketing or Business Administration in a medium large establishment
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully supervise and undertake a range of administrative and management activities
  • Good IT Skills e.g. Microsoft Office ( Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
