Reports Directly To: Managing Director
Job Location: Mataheko, Accra
GENERAL DUTIES
- Supervise the day-to-day administration of the company office

- Assist the Director — Marketing & Business Development with the preparation of business proposals and client presentations
- Complete client follow-up and liaison activities, including client presentations as needed
- Provide business liaison and coordination activities on a day-to- day basis
- Ensure paperwork and documentation of business activities
- Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time
TECHNICAL COMPETENCES
- Good understanding and hands on experience with Business Administration / Commerce
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Marketing background will be an advantage
MANAGERIAL COMPETENCES
- Ability to plan, organise, coordinate and monitor
- Ability to communicate effectively ( both verbal and written) and presentation skills suitable for a range of audiences
- Ability to manage and motivate subordinate staff
- Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to work accurately in a busy and demanding environment
- Ability to write repotts and procedure manuals
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION
- 1st Degree in Marketing / Business Administration. A Master's degree will be an advantage
SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE
- Minimum of 3 years work experience in Sales / Marketing or Business Administration in a medium large establishment
- Demonstrated ability to successfully supervise and undertake a range of administrative and management activities
- Good IT Skills e.g. Microsoft Office ( Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
