We are a multinational brand engaged in providing services throughout sub-Saharan Africa.
Job Description
Essential Functions Of the Position Holder

• Develop a sales and marketing strategy to achieve organisational goals and revenue
• Draw up monthly plans for effective sales and marketing at all stations
• Lead sales and marketing activities of the company
• Assist with preparing sales and marketing presentation and proposal
• Recruit, train, lead and manage the sales and marketing team to meet targets and perform in accordance with company standards
• Forecast annual, quarterly and monthly sales revenues and generate timely sales reports
• Develop promotional activities necessary to increase sales
Qualification Required & Experience
• should possess a minimum of bachelor's degree in marketing with 2 or more years of experience in sales or have a related field of educational, experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skill and abilities
Required knowledge, Skills & Abilities
• Customer service technique
• Consultative selling, marketing and persuasion
• Oral and written communication, including ability to make presentation and clearly express thoughts to other and exchange information
• Apply technical knowledge and expertise to the demands of the job and to handle technical challenges skilfully, thoroughly and effectively
• Establish and maintain positive working relationship with other staff at all levels and various business contacts in a professional and courteous manner
• Advanced knowledge in IT, MS Excel, MS Word etc
