ASSISTANT SECRETARY - 2
QUALIFICATION
A relevant first degree and a master's in HR/Management/Public Administration. Membership of a relevant professional body would be an added advantage,
DUTIES
- To plan and organise activities at his/her unit
- To provide an integrated effort in the administration of the Institution by co-operating with other administrators and staff and co-ordinating his/ her activities with theirs when such action is needed.
- Provide the needed administrative and personnel support
- To provide information and report on request in a timely manner
- Any other duties assigned by the Executive Director
SALARY AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE:
Remuneration shall be subject to the conditions of service of the institution and the Single Spine Salary Structure.
