- Demonstrable experience of and proven ability in political risk reporting and analysis of political environments (security risk reporting and analysis would be acceptable)
- A clear understanding of the political culture and government decision making processes in Ghana and the West Africa Region.
- First degree from a leading university in Business, Law, International Development, Public Policy or related field. A related master’s degree or MBA would be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication skills – Both verbal and written
- Politically non-partisan and strong networking skills with significant contacts to key stakeholders in Ghana, including government, business and media
