Job Description:
To develop the sales strategy for the organisation andto ensure there are distribution channels in all areas. Ensurethat the commercial strategy is correctly priced, forecasted and serviced to create turnover.
Requirements:
Qualification and Skill
- Analyze customer needs and study the competition
- Create or buy the product that will meet the characteristics of the market
- Define the product positioning: product, price, promotion, place (4 P)

- Determine and coordinate the communication and promotion policy
- Track sales trends
- Improve results by intervening on 4 Ps and controlling costs
- Formalize and / or validate all the technical documentation of the product on the market: technological performances, new services, new uses, prices ...
- Provide internal communication, especially with sales teams to accompany the launch of the product.
- Ensure a permanent watch on customer, market and commercial performance feedback in order to correct any malfunctions and / or improve product performance
- Manage a team of promoters
- Reporting of commercial activity and marketing
- ± 5 years’ experience in a similar position or in FMCG
- Sales experience with dealers and agents
- Research and development experience in a similar environment
