A reputable company is looking to hire a Business Development Director for one of its clients; a leading hotel brand operator globally, with more than 3,500 hotels worldwide and ranked within the top 20 global hotel groups by the Hotels Magazine.

Duties and Responsibilities;

• Responsible for the formation and management of the local BD Team
• Responsible for the development and maintenance of the group hotel brand to ensure the achievement of expansion goals
• Responsible for excavating new projects in the region and negotiating customer needs and facilitating signing
• Responsible for expanding the company's information channels

Requirements;

• Masters Degree from the recognized University
• 5 or more years of market sales or expansion experience with large or medium-sized enterprises, tourism services, internet companies, brand management companies, etc.
• Multinational management experience preferred
• Good communication skills and customer handling capabilities desirable
