Job Title: Production Engineer
Department: Production, Polytanks Accra
Reporting Structure:
Report to: Production Manager
Manage/Supervise: Factory Staff
Principal Responsibility:
- Handle production based on set targets and parameters.
- Should have an eye on quality.
- Should be a people oriented person and handle the workforce with firmness and fairness.
- Should be a good administrator of the plant including handling of other stake holders.
- Knowledge of Electronic controls will be an advantage.
Educational Qualifications:
- Graduate or Post Graduate in Plastics, Diploma holders will not be considered.
Knowledge and Experience:
- Experience in Roto Moulding and Blow molded water Tanks atleast4-7 years
- Knowledge in ERP
- Knowledge in continual/Kaizen improvements.
- Knowledge in lean manufacturing and 5S.
- Minimum experience 7 years.
- Should have handled a work force of 50 people.

Person should be technically sound to handle the complete plant functions of a rotational molding company like targeted production, maintenance, planning, administrative functions related to plant. Should be strong in interpersonal skills and a good communicator.
