We are looking for a mid-career professional to step into a Head of Marketing role to lead a team, with a large portfolio potentially spanning demand generation and revenue operations and analytics.

Main Responsibilities include but are not limited to

  • Develop and execute the company’s marketing strategy and marketing plans to achieve the company’s short and long term strategic and financial objectives.
  • Ensure that the company’s message and corporate brand is communicated appropriately and has visibility across channels and to targeted audiences in order to enable the realization of sales and marketing objectives.
  • Establish a high quality social, digital and web presence that drives consumer awareness, engagement affinity and purchase
  • Liaise and collaborate with sales team and cross functionally to align efforts and collectively deliver relevant business objectives
  • Lead demand generation effort and new business development
  • Collaboration with Corporate Affairs and communications

  • Coordinate and lead product Innovation and renovation process
  • Plan and execute well performing, well-coordinated new product launches and re-launches of existing products
  • Prepare budgets, obtain requisite approvals, manage and ensure compliance to the agreed budgets

Minimum Requirements Include:

  • BSc/BA in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or relevant field
  • Professional chartered marketer (CIM)
  • At least eight (8) years of well-rounded marketing or brand development experience in positions of increasing responsibility – with a focus on market expansion and brand innovation.
  • Must show proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, which are necessary in the creation of verbally and visually engaging branding materials, reports, and presentations.
  • The maturity and gravitas to interact with executive leadership on a daily basis
  • Entrepreneurial mind-set with the ability to spot original branding opportunities.
  • Superb analytical skills
  • Proven leadership experience and success in developing and executing marketing strategies and plans programs
  • Project management experience
  • Experience working cross functionally to ensure effective execution of marketing strategy and plans
  • Ownership of P&L
