Employment Type: Fixed Term (Renewable)
Report To: General Manager, Operations
Job Responsibilities
- Manage Budgets.
- Maintain financial records to aid decision making.
- Plan maintenance work, events and room booking.
- Handle customer/employee complaints and queries.
- Promote and market the business.
- Provide training on changes in services.
- Work with security officers to promote a safe atmosphere for guests and staff.
- Oversee beverage and food operations for events and individual guests.
- Provide input on strategic decisions to develop the business.

Required Skills or Experience
- A Master’s Degree in Hospitality Management
- A minimum of 3-5 years experience in the hospitality industry.
- 3 years’ experience in a hotel managerial role
- Conversant with hotel management software.
- Exceptional communication skills
