Job Description:
• Receiving and handing over passports to outsourcing partner and/or costumers
• Registration of visa data in computer database
• Collection of visa fees and daily remittance to accountant
• General information over the counter, by telephone and by e-mail about visa procedures/visa requirements and status of visa
• Checking of submitted visa applications/documents
• Driving staff to meetings
• Delivering and collecting mail
• Maintaining the Messenger’s Log, i.e. keeping detailed records of delivered letters and messages as well as driven kilometres
• Assisting with customs clearance at Kotoka International Airport of incoming/outgoing shipments
Required qualifications:
• Degree in administration
• Valid driver’s license and passport
• Language skills: English (good command, both orally and written). French is an advantage.
• Honesty, loyalty and discretion
• Computer skills (i.e. most common Windows-programs)
• Customer service orientation
• Capability for teamwork
• Previous job experience in an international company, preferably in administration (reference letters are required!)
• General knowledge about Europe/Switzerland, Schengen
• Citizen of a Schengen member state is an advantage, but not a must.
