Job Title: Ashanti Regional Manager

Job Purpose

To provide efficient and effective administrative support for the Pharmaceutical Society of Ghana and the regional branch in the Ashanti Region and the regions in the northern part of Ghana

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible for the Pharmaceutical Society of Ghana Office in Kumasi
• Execute assigned programmes for pharmacists in the Ashanti Region
• Ensure payment of dues and due receivables from pharmacists and any other debtors and make entries of them
• Disburse final receivable in the region
• Write funding proposals for some activities of the society
• Ensure the maintenance of up to date register of pharmacists in the region
• Serve as a liaison officer between pharmacists and the national secretariat
• Facilitate the organisation and implementation of activities of the society in the region and other assigned locations
• Support the implementation of Strategic Plan activities within the region and other assigned locations

Educational Qualification and Experience

• A degree in any relevant field. A Master's degree in a relevant field and experience in management and administration will be an advantage
• Experience in association administration, project management and public
• Experience in the development and implementation of Projects and Plans

Knowledge

• Broad knowledge in Office Practice
  
• Broad knowledge of Society's guidelines relating to personnel confidentiality
  
• Broad knowled e of Administrative Practice and Procedures (repeated)
