Job Description

The development, implementation and management of the overall company security strategy
Develop and implement policies, standards and guidelines related to company security.
Liaise with government security agencies and conduct intelligence gathering on crime trends and update employees accordingly
A focal point for security events and emergency response planning and execution
Oversee the continuous monitoring and protection of company assets.
Evaluate suspected security breaches and recommend corrective actions (including incidents involving contractors)
Oversee the development and implementation of security awareness and training program
Conduct security audits, risk assessments and submit report to the manager for consideration
Define and implement an ongoing risk assessment program that will define, identify and classify critical assets, threats and vulnerabilities regarding the assets with protection measures
Conduct investigations and submit reports on security incidents
Perform any other task.

Required Skills or Experience

A degree from a recognised tertiary institution with a minimum of 5yrs' relevant work experience at a similar position or a minimum of ten (10) years Military/Police experience in a senior leadership position.
A thorough knowledge of private security standards and procedures.
Good written and oral command of the English language
Multinational cultural experience desirable
Excellent Staff Management Skills
Good MS Office application Knowledge
Drive with a valid Ghanaian driving licence
