We offer a post of Secretary in the Cooperation Section. Under this post and under the direct supervision of the Head of Cooperation, the successful candidate will provide secretarial support for document management and•filing, internal communication, provision of information to the section, organisation of
event, and for initiation Of operational files. The specific job function may be changed in accordance with the needs of the Delegation.

The place of employment is: Delegation of the European Union to Ghana -The Round House - 81, Cantonments Road, P. O, Box 9505 KIA, Accra, GHANA.

The requirements are as follows:

Qualifications

• HND (High National Diploma) certificate or its equivalent

Professional experience

• minimum 4 years in performing tasks mentioned in the job profile
• Working experience an international organisation

Knowledge Of languages

• ENGLISH — ability to understand, to read, to write and to speak (C2 Level)
• FRENCH

Knowledge or IT tools

• Proven user experience with MS Office package or similar as as internet based services
