Nestlé in Ghana is currently recruiting for intelligent, self-motivated, high caliber and young graduates to join the Graduate Trainee program in our Sales, Marketing, Human Resources, Finance, Corporate Communications, Supply Chain and Technical functions. Our main goal is to attract the best in the market who are highly ambitious with strong learning agility and potentials to become future leaders.
A day in the life of...
Our graduate trainee program is a way of bridging the gap while welcoming and easing new graduates into the world of work by exposing them to the necessary skills needed to function as part of a larger team. You will be given the opportunity to experience different units of a function while getting trained on different aspects of the business. You will also have a Mentor to talk through any problems.
Education
- Completion of a Bachelor’s Degree - with First Class Honors in Accounting, Finance, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering ,Marketing, Social Sciences, Management Sciences, Food science Communications, Sciences and Humanities)
- Must have completed National Service not earlier than 2018.

- Highly assertive, courageous, persistent and goal oriented.
