Role purpose:
The role of the Wi-Fi development Manager is to drive the effective execution and profitability of the express Wi-Fi project GTM strategy, with the aim of achieving 200 access points and POA within greater Accra region and revenue KPIs as per project business case.
Key Responsibilities:

Key accountabilities and decision ownership
-
Provide expertise to manage and drive the effective implementation of the express Wi-Fi project by recruiting, setting and efficiently operating the system in all expected locations
-
Work closely with the fixed business unit to deliver the commercial monthly and annual acquisition and distribution targets
-
Give inputs in the creation of value proposition to drive customer /POA acquisition
-
Delivering strategic direction based on business goals with clear understanding of emerging trends in the space
-
Providing recommendations for increasing acquisition, retention and usage of emerging channel products and services
-
Optimize Subscriber Acquisition Cost (SAC) vis-à-vis Revenue (Monthly & Annual)
-
Nurture key stake holders both internal and external to ensure smooth running of account management process
-
Execute emerging channel products and service launch and deployment activities
-
Progressively track and evaluate the profitability of each base station and ensure that each is profitable based on the KPI’s set
-
Progressively track and evaluate the quality of transactions flowing from each base station and establish the basis for portfolio review/rationalization there from
-
Number of new/updated features released per quarter and productivity improvement/velocity
-
Zero ‘major defect’ (that is any defect can cause recall or reverse or drive multiple customer complaints) in product delivery
Adherence to agile processes and principles for the product owner
