Responsibilities
The successful applicant will:
• Assist with the management of front desk activities
• Keep float of correspondence for circulation to staff
• Manage filing, storage and security of official documents
• Assist in preparing invoices for our clients
• Assist with the management of office float/petty cash
• Attend to clients enquiries via emails and phone calls
• Any other duties that you may be assigned

Qualification Required & Experience
Applicants must have:
• A bachelor's degree in the social sciences or equivalent
• A minimum of 1 years hands-on administrative support experience
• Proficiency in computer software applications
• Knowledge in operating standard office equipment
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Excellent organisational skills and
• Ability to work with little or no supervision
