Responsibility:
- Give leadership and direction to the operations team across the country to attain corporate goal of client satisfaction, increase market share and profitability.
- Supervise and manage the activities of the branch Operations Managers within the various branch offices of the company
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve the quality of service
- Ensure that all contracts are properly serviced and maintained
- Laise and coordinate with clients to ensure good working relationship
- Daily update the general manager on situation at the regions
- Give leadership and direction to the operations team across the country to attain corporate goal of client satisfaction, increase market share and profitability
Remuneration: Attractive Salary based on qualification and experience
Required Skills or Experience
- The ideal candidate for the position as an operations officer must have a minimum of Degree or HND in any discipline from an accredited Tertiary Institution
- Key Requirement
- Ability to drive is an added advantage (must possess a valid driver’s license)
- At least a minimum of 3 or more years’ experience in Security Operations is required)
