A Fintech startup is looking for a well-rounded developers with financial industry experience to join a team working on a leading financial industries product. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast growing business engaged in the development some of the exciting products in the Mobile Money ecosystem. Our office is located in the Airport Residential Area, Accra.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ability to work independently and within groups
- Build business logic of software
- Create complex databases for organizations
- Design, test, and develop software to meet user needs
- Document application process for future maintenance and upgrades
- Ensure software functions normally through software maintenance and testing
- Hands-on software troubleshooting experience
- Knowledge of backend development best practices
- Maintain user manuals and training materials
Required Skills or Experience
Preferable Technical Skills
- C# and .NET programming experience
- Comfortable writing and analyzing SQL queries
- Python/Go/PHP programming experience
- JavaScript programming experience
- Experiencing in using JavaScript Frameworks such as NodeJs/jQuery
- Working knowledge of HTML/CSS
Skills / Personal Requirement
- Keen attention to detail
- Analyze user needs
- Analytical thinking
- Strong oral and written communication
- Thorough understanding of data structures and algorithms
- Understand software design patterns and User interface/user experience
- Write and maintain software
