Job Description
The Administrative Assistant's role focuses on the administrative support of the director and also includes research on business news.
Responsibilities may include:
• Organise office operations and procedures
• Respond to all calls, emails and routine letter direct inquiries to the appropriate person
• Supporting the director with research reports
• Representation of GTAI at Corporate and networking events in the absence of the Director
• Maintain updated contact information for all customers
• Coordinate conference, schedule meetings and make travel arrangements for Director
• Management of social media platforms of GTAI
• Fulfill other tasks as may be assigned by the Director
Qualification Required & Experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or relevant fields
• 3 to 5 years work experience
• Good skills in research techniques
• Communication skills and experience in handling administration tasks
• Outstanding command of English, French (written and spoken), German is an added advantage
• Good economic and statistical knowledge
• High interest in economic development in Ghana, Nigeria and other countries in West and central Africa.
• Able to work independently, strong work ethic, reliable and self-motivated.
