Underground Mining Alliance is seeking to recruit Underground Supervisor Trainers.
Qualification Required & Experience
• A minimum of 6 years underground mining operational experience with at least 2 years in similar role
• Must have experience with and understand requirements of speed development
• Must have understanding of drilling and blasting techiques
• Understands equipment, human resource capabilities and mine plans
• Understands mining techniques and the ability to optimize mine production
• Provides guidance and demonstrated experience training personnel to a high standard in service work and blasting operations, both development and production
