We are looking for a member to be part of our Managed Services team! As a part of our MSIP Deployment team, you will play a key role in managing the delivery of services and resources on our “live” customer network, broadcast platform and/or IS/IT infrastructure.
Based on our customer’s network specifics, you will ensure the coordination of our technology integration deployment, the quality of the implementation, the adequacy of the testing procedures and tools, the proper acceptance and the smooth handover to our operations team according to Ericsson’s and the customer’s network particularities and requirements.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for all Design, Planning and optimisation activities ( Radio, Core, Transmission, Data , MPBN)
- Agree on Design and Planning approach and Establish procedures and processes for network design and performance improvement.
- Execute on Design and Planning tasks while managing to a profitable contract.
- Support contract team for reconciliation of network elements
- Coordinate with technical manager for long term and short term network evolution plan based on product life cycle
- Evaluate resource needs.
- Achieve the KPIs agreed between Ericsson and Operator
- Discuss improvements and explain network performance indicators to Customer’s representatives.
- Reporting about network.
Qualifications
- BSC, Engineering, MBA or equivalent .
- At least 5 years’ of experience preferably in Telecom planning, design and optimization
- Proven Management experience.
- Ericsson organizational knowledge
- Telecom product knowledge
- Experience on coordinating Radio Network Performance Improvement teams.
Additional Requirement
- Strong leadership skills
- Strong people management skill
- Good customer intimacy proven records
- Knowledge of IT tools in planning, design or optimization area is an advantage
