A reputable company is looking for an experienced, high-performing and results-oriented Payroll Sales Manager to help it meet its customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping the company competitive and innovative. The role holder is required to set and execute strategic Go-to-Market and detailed business plans to achieve growth in public sector loan portfolio by driving sales volumes, revenue, market share and profitability. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the senior management. You will own and manage the entire operations of the payroll loans distribution channel.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement a strategic business plan to drive customer acquisition, revenue and market share in payroll loans
- Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing monthly, quarterly and annual sales quotas for field Sales Reps in defined regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and revenue for the payroll loan products
- Lead and manage a team of field Sales Reps to prospect for new business in the public sector payroll loans market
- Set monthly performance sales targets and ensure achievement of results in line with agreed budget
- Recruit, train, motivate, coach, mentor and develop Sales Reps in line with required skills sets to optimize results
- Coordinate all operations and manage logistics for effective administration of the payroll loan distribution channel
- Implements national sales programs by developing field sales action plans and performance monitoring of sales representatives
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
Required Skills or Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business, administration, or related field
- 3-5 years of previous experience in sales, management, customer service, finance, administration, or related field
- Demonstrated and proven sales results
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Able to analyze data and sales statistics and translate results into numbers and solutions
- Experienced at preparing and presenting quarterly goals and forecasts for future projects; experienced at compiling and following strict budgets
