Job Purpose:
- Our Client is a reputable IT firm in the financial Technology space that works hard to promote the unique talents, experience and interests of its team, while driving towards the achievement of its goals. Our Client is currently looking for an IT Sales & Support Officer to reinforce its
Responsibilities:
- Provide daily IT 1st level support across a number of internal and external applications and devices
- Manage 1st level support
- Manage Software and Hardware devices
- Complement your sales pipeline with prospecting activities
- Actively on-board new clients and manage your own accounts
- Stay up-to-date with new features and product launches
- Suggest innovative ideas to increase sales and improve customer experience
- Monitor and report on sales performance analytics
Salary/Benefits

Required Skills or Experience
- 2+ years of IT support experience ideally within a financial environment
- 2+ years of Experience in a Fast-Paced Sales Environment
- Very good skills in IT Support
- Strong communication skills
- Good Command of the English Language
- Ability to prioritise and multi-task.
- Quick learner – ability to learn new skills and retain knowledge.
- Able to show good attention to detail.
- Stress resistant
- Ability to ride a Motorcycle
- A Valid Motorcycle Driving License
