Job Description
- Department: Administration
- Reports To: Head of Administration
- Location: Onsite at HPW Fresh and Dry Ltd, Adeiso, E/R.
Job Purpose
Ensure a proper Accounting System for the DEG Project
Job Duties
- Constantly monitor and report on the project to the Head of Administration.
- Communicate budget lines to project stakeholders and provide guidance for budget implementation.
- Help implement project goals and account on it in accordance with the project accounting procedures.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of project accounting documentations.
- Prepare and submit quarterly project report to head of administration for review
- Prepare project expense report and report on budget variances.
- Ensure internal control for project expenses and procurement.
- Support external auditors for project audi
Required Skills or Experience
- Minimum of HND, Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent in Accounting or related field; preferably Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting.
- Minimum of one year working experience in Accounting, preferably in a production environment.
- National Service Personnel or recently completed National Service Personnel can apply.
- Knowledge in Project Management is an advantage.
- Good analytical skills and ability to understand production processes.
- Drive for Improvements and Innovation.
