Job Description
- Department: Administration
- Reports To: Head of Administration
- Location Onsite at HPW Fresh and Dry Ltd, Adeiso, E/R.
Job Purpose
- Administration of SAP business one ERP, staff training and supervision in regard to SAP
- SAP project design and management, system analysis and development for integration of additional processes on SAP
- System maintenance and user administration
Job Duties
- Maintenance of SAP database: maintain, complete and expand master data
- Business Partners
- Items
- Bill of materials
- Costing set up
- SAP user administration and management of authorizations
- Design and implementation of information flow
- Traceability through manufacturing orders
- Quality Control
- MRP
- Management of Best before date
- Other projects assigned from time to time
- Development of reports internally or in cooperation with consultants
- Costing
- Budget and reporting
- Other relevant reports
- Project development and system improvements
- Configuring, monitoring, tuning and troubleshooting the SAP technical environment on an ongoing basis, when necessary with the support of service providers.
- Knowledge acquisition and sharing within team
- Analysis of current situation
- Gap identification
- Information research and know how building
- Organizing of internal trainings and coaching
Required Skills or Experience
- Minimum of HND, Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent in Accounting or related field.
- Practical knowledge in the use of SAP and a minimum of two years relevant work experience in a similar role, preferably in a production environment.
- Profound Accounting and Project Management skills
- Excellent IT Skills
- Good Analytical Skills
- Ability to work in a team
- Excellent Drive for Improvements and Innovation
