Requirements:
- First Degree in Accounting /Finance.
- Partly qualified in ICA/ACCA/CIMA an added Value
- 7 years’ experience in Finance/ Accounting, with 3 years in similar position
- Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Knowledge of ERP systems (preferable Oracle)
- Ability to organize workload for effective implementation
- Ability to interact effectively at all levels with sensitivity to cultural diversity
- Fluent in spoken and written English. Second language advantageous
- Must be prepared to travel and will therefore need to be flexible in terms of working hours. Valid passport required
KPIs:
- Invoices, expense reports, cash advances
- Inventory cycle count report
- Entries and receipt batches in Oracle
- Weekly cash flow reports
- Prepare bank account reconciliations and upload to portal
- Prepare balance sheet reconciliations
- Entries to GL
- Bank statements and credit cards posting
- AR-GL reconciliation
